They are done by a team of people and you as HR will play a pivotal role in building a team of people with the right attitude, commitment, and drive.As a HR you will be an integral part of employee engagement right from getting the best people, retaining them, nurturing a creative environment, and helping to find a way to innovate. Considering we anticipate hiring and building a team of 100+ new colleagues this year alone, you’ll be quite busy. You as a leader of the company’s culture and employee engagement, we want you to play an impactful role in all HR related activities.What will you be doing as a HR @ delaware India?

• You will be playing a vital link between employee and leadership team by mediating problems at work, ensuring compliance with employment rules and regulations, and collaborating with executives on long-term strategic planning.
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the company’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Also oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Manage the talent acquisition process by supporting and guiding the talent acquisition team, collaborates with service line managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings
• Ensure that process of onboarding and induction is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and effectively for new hires
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay program to ensure the Company attracts and retains the top talent.
• Ensuring smooth implementation of appraisal programs for periodic assessment of employee’s performance. Reward and recognition program to facilitate employee’s contribution.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices and review policies and practices to maintain compliance based on latest trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
