Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu S.A. poszukuje kandydatów do pracy w Zagranicznym Biurze Handlowym w Casablance (Maroko).

Obowiązki :

wspieranie polskich przedsiębiorców na rynku m.in. poprzez aktywne wyszukiwanie potencjalnych partnerów biznesowych oraz informowanie o szczegółowych warunkach dostępu do rynku i prowadzeniu działalności

przygotowanie i aktualizowanie informacji o polskiej ofercie eksportowej

prowadzenie analiz i badanie rynku, w szczególności monitorowanie trendów oraz barier

planowanie i realizowanie strategii i planów promocyjnych oraz finansowych, organizowanie wydarzeń promocyjnych, misji biznesowych, konferencji, spotkań b2b, udział w targach

nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie relacji z instytucjami otoczenia biznesu na rynku lokalnym, w tym instytucjami branżowymi

informowanie podmiotów gospodarczych o warunkach inwestowania

w Polsce

monitorowanie mediów w zakresie informacji ekonomiczno-gospodarczych istotnych z punktu widzenia relacji dwustronnych

wspieranie prawidłowego działania ZBH pod względem administracyjno-formalnym, w tym przygotowywanie raportów, dokumentacji dot. prowadzenia biura, działania administracyjno-finansowe

Wymagania :

wykształcenie wyższe

oczekiwane 4-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe

znajomość języka francuskiego (min. C1 warunek konieczny)

bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)

znajomość języka arabskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem

bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office

doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta poparte sukcesami

zrozumienie sytuacji polityczno-ekonomicznej w Maroku oraz krajach ościennych, znajomość lokalnych uwarunkowań biznesowych, lokalnej gospodarki rynkowej i lokalnego ustawodawstwa

doświadczenie w pracy z serbskimi partnerami biznesowymi i instytucjonalnymi

gotowość do podróży służbowych

komunikatywność, otwartość, elastyczność, inicjatywa w tworzeniu nowych rozwiązań, umiejętność pracy w zespole

gotowość do wystąpień publicznych, również w języku obcym, rozwinięte umiejętności prezentacji
