We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist at NOOPS, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract new clients, and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a leading IT company.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas effectively.

Proficiency in using marketing automation software and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Frensh (English language proficiency is a plus).
