Product Industrialization Manager (PIM)

Responsibilitie :

Participate in the industrialization of new products (Specific tools / Range / FMEA / ...) :

• By writing specifications and launching consultations,
• By taking into account the industrial constraints in the design of new products and by participating in the
• the development of the structure of the nomenclatures
• By creating macro-ranges and ranges, documents and instructions,
• By planning the tools / procedures while training the users,
• By planning the layout of workstations,
• Ensuring EHS compliance of new equipment,
• Ensuring that target costs are met and that product costs are optimized
• By piloting the Alstom FAR-FMR-SM procedure

Lead the optimization of existing processes :

Guarantee the application of special processes :

Plan & follow up the homologation tests of new products

Lead the Industrial Department in the realization of the first prototype transformers in each process

Be an actor in the improvement of products following REX (Non-conformity / Modifications / ...) by defining and setting up the specific means and instructions.
