Facilities Specialist

Job Overview TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and / or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and / or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Tasks And Resoinsibilities

• Coordination of all Building aspects with GFS department
• Follow up of PIT maintenance with suppliers
• Ensure the annual regulatory controls for racking, engines & machinery and action plans defined with all concerned parties
• Ensure & coordinate the calibration of scales & measurement equipment
• The maintenance follow up of equipment inside Wh
• Ensure the TPM tool follow up with improvements actions for related KPIs
• Support plant EH&S initiatives.
• Support on Wh operations, layout change activities, equipment installations…
• Establish work instructions when needed
• Follow up the consumption of industrial supplies
