Key Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for all commercial and technical questions (including checking desired products for suitability and possible applications together with technology)
- Supporting new projects from the initial enquiry through to series production
- Processing administrative processes (correspondence, procurement and forwarding of samples, drawings, data sheets, supplier declarations, etc.)
- Internal processes administrative and face to the customers
- Implement measures for customer care
- Preparation of quotations including individual price negotiations within the specified framework
- Offer tracking
- Supporting the specialist departments with complaints in commercial matters, creating credit notes and debits
- Evaluation of sales / turnover reports
- Determination of forecast data, budget in consultation with key account managers
- Working in international customer-specific portals (B2B)
- Preparation and analysis of turnover and volume statistics
- Support quality department in case of quality complaints from the commercial side, book credit / debit notes to the customers.
- Actively involve in the health and safety program
Key skills and Qualifications :
You have successfully completed a degree or formal commercial or technical training.Professional experience in the automotive industry is desired.Technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work in a team round out yourERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office skills would be an advantage.Experience in product Engineering at Least 5 Years.Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written.
