What You Will Be Doing To drive direct revenues from local and global campaigns for both inbound and outbound opportunities, with the ultimate goal of improving our customer experience and delivering long-term brand engagement. Your Responsibilities Are (not Limited To) The CRO reservations agent will respond to all reservation petitions, information inquiries and sales leads for domestic travels through different channels, in addition, will search new business opportunities and promote sales to achieve budgets in accommodations, F&B, Tours, Shuttle, Cowork, Packages :
- To know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.
- To sell packages for all locations.
- To know the policies and conditions of the hotel and how to make reservations.
- To process individual and group reservations by mail, telephone, chat (web / app / Whatsapp) or central reservation systems referrals such as CRM.
- To make sure that files and CRM are kept up to date.
- To know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- To communicate room rates based on the selling tactics of the Commercial department.
- To handle inquiries, requests, issues and complaints from guests in house or not, by responding directly to the guest and / or escalating cases to other departments if needed.
- To know how to approach customers and location staff (by templates and guidelines) in order to look for a solution and answer to our clients and connectors requests.
- To communicate reservation information to the Front Desk and Global CRO if needed.
- To process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the Front Desk and Global CRO if needed.
- To understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
- To charge and refund reservations when it is needed (payment process).
- To track future room availability on the basis of reservations.
- To monitor advance deposit requirements.
- To make arrangements for clients' travel programs, weddings and events.
- Handover to locations all the Group Bookings and follow-up till checkout.
What You Need For The Role
2 years of experience in performing roles in customer service, support and sales areas.Detailed oriented and excellent communication skills.Advanced level of English and GermanWhat Can You Expect
