  • Please note that this is NOT a position for drivers

We are seeking Fieldwork Acquisition Agents to attract and activate drivers and couriers.

  • Please note that this position does not require any driving / working at the office

    • What will you do :

  • Conduct driver recruitment using various strategies, including cold and warm leads
  • Manage the activation process for newly recruited drivers
  • Provide assistance with initial registration procedures
  • Handle documentation and accounting tasks related to drivers

    • What we expect from you :

  • Proficient in English
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Proactive attitude, actively suggesting new ideas
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Must have a personal laptop

    • What we offer :

  • Comprehensive initial training will be provided.
  • The working hours are from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
  • This is a full-time, temporary contract position with the possibility of extension.
  • The salary is a fix (3,150.00 MAD) + performance-based bonus
