Job description

Profil Recherché

Perfect command of spoken and written English, with both an American and British accent.
Successful experience in a call center, ideally in BtoB.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to listen, empathize and persuade.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Good command of IT tools.
