You will be responsible for :
1. Weekly Performance Reporting & Analysis
Generate weekly reports tracking all key metrics across technical, UX, SEO, sales, traffic, and marketing spend performance.Develop brand-specific dashboards for better visibility into e-commerce performanceIdentify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve website and sales performance.Ensure data consistency across Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.2. Website Performance & UX Optimization
Monitor page load speed, mobile responsiveness, uptime, error rates, and browser compatibility.Analyze user navigation, search functionality, checkout flow, and conversion drop-off points.Recommend UX enhancements to improve cart completion rates and product discoverability.3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Track cart abandonment rates and develop strategies to reduce lost sales.Conduct A / B testing on product pages, CTAs, checkout processes, and landing pages.Evaluate trust signals, urgency tactics, and discount strategies to improve conversions.4. SEO & Traffic Performance Analysis
Audit meta tags, indexing, keywords, and internal linking for search engine visibility.Track backlink quality and ensure optimal image and content optimization.Analyze traffic sources, user geolocation, bounce rates, and device segmentation.5. Marketing Spend & ROI Tracking
Monitor ad spend efficiency on Google Ads, Facebook, and influencer partnerships.Evaluate cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and revenue by channel.Track email marketing performance (open rates, CTR, and revenue from Klaviyo campaigns).6. Product Performance & Inventory Optimization
Analyze best-selling vs. underperforming products and adjust promotion strategies.Track stock turnover rates, product returns, and refund trends.Evaluate pricing strategies and competitor benchmarking.The Profile
5+ years of experience in E-Commerce Analytics, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Data Analysis.Hands-on expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.Strong background in e-commerce reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A / B testing, and funnel analysis.Deep understanding of SEO, user behavior, and marketing spend analysis.Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for business growth.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads.Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) for traffic and keyword analysis.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and trend analysis.Understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and website performance tracking.Knowledge of A / B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).The Employer
