Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Field Support Specialist (Dubai) , we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Technical Field Support Specialist based in Casablanca . In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of KONE products. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by manufacturing and installation teams, and ensure that all installations meet KONE’s stringent safety, quality, and process standards. Your expertise will help deliver seamless, timely, and problem-free installations that uphold our commitment to excellence.

What will you do?
- Deliver expert remote and on-site technical support to resolve installation challenges efficiently.
- Provide specialized assistance for digital systems, APF, software, and BIM-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer technical expertise to meet and exceed customer-specific ride comfort requirements, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct audits to ensure alignment with product development matrix standards (Global Field Support roles only).
- Lead the piloting and implementation of innovative products and solutions to drive operational excellence (Global Field Support roles only).
- Develop and refine installation methods to enhance efficiency and reliability (Global roles only).
- Design and implement troubleshooting tools to streamline problem resolution (Global roles only).
- Train local trainers and employees during site visits or through structured training sessions.
- Collaborate with global and local training centers, providing expertise to enhance training programs.
- Generate detailed quality reports post-site visits, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Document and escalate helpdesk issues, ensuring compliance with KONE’s process for corrective measures.
- Participate in closing reviews to capture lessons learned, integrating product or skill improvements into business practices.
- Adhere strictly to KONE’s safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Ensure installations align with global safety processes and customer / partner guidelines.
- Proactively report safety concerns and halt operations if safety violations or hazards are identified.
Are you the one?
5 years’ technical experience in the elevator / escalator industry is a must.Comprehensive expertise in products and corrective action processes to ensure effective issue resolution.Strong technical proficiency in product and service solutions, including digital systems, APF, software, and BIM, to meet customer expectations.In-depth understanding of applicable norms and requirements for each project, ensuring compliance and quality.Prioritizes safety considerations and selects environmentally sustainable solutions whenever feasible.Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in IT systems and tools relevant to the role.Willingness to travel as required to support project needs.Adaptable and flexible in dynamic work environments.Knowledge of KONE and / or competitor products to provide informed support and solutions.What do we offer?
