Job Description
CommonShare is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of B2B marketplace operations and compliance requirements, with a demonstrated history in a sales operations role. This role requires an individual with superb English reading and writing skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Streamline sales operations and optimize efficiency to improve overall productivity.
- Oversee all sales operations, including the sales process, CRM management, data management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights that influence sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and deliver comprehensive reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of marketplace trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Data, Product, and Finance to optimize sales performance.
- Implement and enforce compliance requirements throughout the sales process.
- Design and implement training programs for the sales team to understand new tools and processes.
- Manage sales operations tools, including selection, implementation, and optimization of software solutions.
- Drive improvements to the sales tech stack to improve the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a startup environment.Proficiency in English, both in writing and reading, is essential.Proven experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data visualization platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.).Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and experience with scripting languages (Python, etc.) is a plus.Deep understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and use data to drive decision-making.Exceptional report-building skills to aid management decision-making.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and deliver on schedule.Why CommonShare?
