Job Overview

Location : Casablanca, Morocco

Contract : Full time, Permanent

Contract type : Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days Remote)

We are looking for a Junior data manager with a keen interest in working with clinical databases and document setup. You will be responsible for study design, editing specifications and system configurations. You will be accountable for associated quality and timely delivery of assigned study design components in collaboration with other project stakeholders.

About the team :

The team are Data management and statistics professional work with multiple stakeholders across the business to provide support for central data management for European studies with 2 main EDC tools used by the team. The studies require online build and testing to set up the eCRF and ePRO tools for the study.

Role Functions

• Interpreting study protocols.
• Designing and updating the eCRF.
• Creating and updating Edit Specification Document.
• Generating specifications for EDC build components (e.g., Rights and Roles, System Settings and Home Page)
• Completing the Study Authorization Form and Trial Capacity Request Form (InForm)
• Attending the Pre-Design Meeting, Online Screen Review Meeting, Unblinded Data review meeting. Attend and present comments at the Internal Design Review Meeting.
• Facilitating the internal Edit Specification Review Meeting and leads the discussions regarding the Edit Specification Document.
• Designing the database to collect LLRR data within the InForm database and ensure Rights and Roles document has appropriate access for Entry and Updates.
• Communicating any project risks to the Data Team Lead, including the potential for missing a timeline in the Data Management Project Plan.
• Ensure the completion and documentation of all project-specific training, as well as staying current with required Standard Operating Procedures.
• Reviews build timelines and provide input as applicable.
