Job Summary

As a service agent in our airport lounges or hospitality areas, you will provide exceptional table service to passengers and guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience before their flight.

Your activities

• Set up dining areas and ensure tables are properly arranged
• Welcome guests and present menus
• Take food and drink orders and serve them in a timely manner
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism
