People & Culture (P&C) Intern N&W Africa

The People & Culture Intern North Africa (NA) will work closely with the NA People & Culture team on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Wellbeing projects within the JTI NA Cluster markets (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania).

She / he will also collaborate in other projects within the Human Resources area, such as HR Projects, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, and much more!

This position is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and develop within the Human Resources field in a multinational and dynamic company.

What you will do :

• Talent Acquisition : Support the P&C team and the Line managers in recruitment activities, including support for : job

postings, screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.

Identify and drive opportunities to attract talent and advertise JTI as a Top Employer.

Languages : Fluent in French, English & Arabic both written & spoken.
