Job description

Définir et piloter la stratégie de recrutement de masse , en collaboration avec les équipes RH, la production et les managers opérationnels.

Superviser l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : sourcing, entretiens, sélection, intégration.

Coordonner les équipes de recruteurs internes et les prestataires externes

Mettre en place des outils et indicateurs de performance pour suivre les délais, la qualité des embauches et optimiser les process.

Développer la marque employeur , notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, salons, écoles techniques et forums de l'emploi.

Assurer une expérience candidat fluide , même dans un contexte de volume élevé.

Connaître le marché de l'emploi local et anticiper les besoins futurs , notamment lors de pics d'activité ou de lancements industriels.

The Successful Applicant

Expertise en recrutement industriel et technique .
Maîtrise des outils de sourcing de masse
Capacité à gérer des volumes importants de recrutements dans des délais courts.
Excellentes compétences en communication , gestion de projet et leadership .
Bonne connaissance des contraintes légales et sociales liées à l'emploi dans l'industrie automobile.
