The Job

  • Build and implement an affiliate acquisition and growth strategy tailored to African regions
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners across casino and sportsbook verticals
  • Negotiate partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and define KPIs
  • Monitor affiliate performance by analyzing traffic quality, ROI, retention, and player value
  • Ensure transparent reporting, payment accuracy, and partner compliance
  • Launch initiatives to increase partner engagement and retention
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle and retention strategies
  • The Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Head of Affiliate in iGaming
  • Solid understanding of casino and sportsbook verticals
  • Proven track record in growing affiliate programs from scratch
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance metrics
  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
  • Experience working with African markets is a plus
