Our office in Casablanca is recruiting a qualified Restaurant Supervisor for a quick service restaurant in Saoudi Arabia
As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience, you will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members;
Main responsibilities :
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees' hours
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Organizing stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
- Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by head office
Qualifications
