Project GrowthMorocco, MoroccoWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Product & Customer Support team as a Customer and Operations Assistant . This multifaceted role involves providing support to our existing and future customers as we scale. We are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for assisting people, a hunger for learning about our product, and effective communication skills with customers and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial as you will engage with customers through chat, email, and phone. This role requires operating during UAE hours (11 AM - 7 PM).
Responsibilities :
- Handle support requests and product functions across various platforms and tools
- Ensure high customer satisfaction rates by resolving inquiries and issues
- Create helpful content such as help articles and videos to onboard and guide customers
- Contribute to the feedback loop by providing insights for product improvement
- Develop a deep understanding of our Platform to effectively assist customers
- Apply critical thinking skills to diagnose complex problems
- Collaborate with support lead on documentation, escalations, and communication with other teams
