• Support daily production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement through the achieving excellence Efficiency.
• Support Design team for preparing the standard work by operators
• Support production team by communicating the operators performance.
• Implement kaizen activities
• Reduce WIP
• Synchronize material flux with information flux (customer forcast)
• Prepare the capacity studies of all new projects.
• Define the work method.
