Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who is a global manufacturer and supplier of cutting-edge robotics technology. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager - Thermal Sales with strong leadership, sales network and business acumen. Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive market research to assess the thermal market capacity, demand, competitor market share, and related factors in Morocco and Egypt.
- Focus on cultivating sales channels for thermal products and establishing partnerships with influential industry players.
- Strategically enter and expand into key sectors such as the public sector, oil and gas, electricity, and other relevant industries that require thermal products.
- Drive sales of a range of thermal products, including PTZ dome, stable PTZ, binocular, monocular, etc., with full responsibility for achieving sales revenue targets.
- Formulate and execute an annual business plan, with regular monthly and quarterly reviews to track progress.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales team members to synergize efforts and achieve collective goals.
Requirements- Possess over three years of experience within the thermal industry, with a strong specialization in a particular vertical, whether in sales, business development management, or account management.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in establishing new partnerships and fostering enduring partner relationships.Exhibit self-motivation and a drive to fuel revenue growth, coupled with a readiness to embrace challenges.Showcase exceptional presentation skills for effective communication with clients and partners.Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel, typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the time.Display the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to realize business objectives.Hold substantial connections within the public sector, and preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in overseeing large-scale thermal projects.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
