Currently, we are inviting an ambitious IoT Solutions Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team in Casablanca, Morocco to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :
Liaise with clients across Africa, North America and Latin AmericaSolve emerging technical problems and advise customers or company employees on issues related to products (50%)Organize and conduct trainings for employees and customers about the products and solutions developed in the company (30%)Prepare technical products documentation (20%)WE BELIEVE THAT YOU :
Have higher or equivalent technical / engineering educationHave good English and French languages skills ( at least B2 level )Have 1 year technical support experience , liaising with clientsKnow the basics of modern smart technologiesHave basic knowledge of functionality of ElectronicsHave interest in solar solutionsAre able to work individually and within a teamHave good communication skills (both oral and written)Have worked with international clientsAre comfortable to work 8 hours a day, starting at 2pm in the officeOUR OFFER
