Job Duties / Accountabilities :
- Develop regular reporting and conduct data analysis, to understand the customer behaviour and explain drivers for online customer interactions.
- Provide insights on areas of opportunity to increase online adoption.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on customer segments.
- Recommend proactive and reactive strategies to improve online adoption
- Measure results of campaigns and / or projects
- Build high quality data dashboards that focus on the stakeholders interest Ability to communicate to all levels of management
- Support the development of short-term and long-term planning cycles through data analysis
Critical Qualifications / Competencies :
Very good oral and written English.University degree in Software / Computer / Electrical Engineering / IT.5+ years of experience in a product management or related role in the security industryB.Sc. in a quantitative field in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or Computer ScienceMinimum 2 years experience in a data analysisMinimum 2 years experience working with Adobe AnalyticsAdvanced experience in Adobe Analytics (including Reports, Data Warehouse and others)Strong knowledge of quantitative statistical methodsDemonstrated experience in translating complex business issues in a simple and concise mannerStrong ability to work with spreadsheets (MS Excel)Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work well with a teamProven experience presenting results to mid / senior level managementBusiness acumen and strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently, self-motivated, organized and self-disciplinedProven ability to quantify and analyze customer data / results in a concise easily understood format tailored to the audienceStrong oral and written communication skills requiredPreferred Skills :
