Technical Recruiter

Innovation Consulting Group ICG is searching for a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies aimed at identifying and attracting top technical talent in the industry. This individual will work with cross-functional teams within the company to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure the successful recruitment of qualified candidates to fill those roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and be able to establish relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events. This person should also be comfortable using data and metrics to track the success of recruitment efforts and continually improve the overall process.
