Job descriptionWhat we're looking for 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on campus hiring. Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Skilled at conveying urgency and professionalism to candidates throughout the hiring process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on relationship management. Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude. Strong command of the English & French language, both written and spoken. Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week.
What you'll do
- Partner with local & regional leadership to meet campus hiring needs across region
- Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Build strong student pipelines and recruit high-caliber talent
- Represent the company professionally at campus events and career fairs
- Drive proactive engagement with universities and student organizations
- Generate and maintain candidate flow through job boards, networks, and direct outreach
