This position is responsible for supporting the medication certification process and ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping of employees’ in-services. This position also provides additional clerical support as needed to ensure the efficient functioning of the Training & Staff Development Department.

Professional competencies required for this position include :

• Proficient typing and transcription with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer and technical skills; knowledge of web-based learning management systems preferred with ability to operate standard office equipment (i.e. copier, scanner, fax machine, etc.)
• Strong organizational, time management, administrative and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of and ability to deliver quality customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently Schedule M-F (32 Hrs) Benefits :
