Main Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Hands-on leadership of the day-to-day Commercial function activities and teams across the scope of Marketing & business development, Product selection, Key Account Management and Revenue management
- Conducts research and market analysis to identify new potential markets and market penetration and to identify new potential B2B clients
- Proactively plans, develops and executes business development strategies
- Prepares and presents appropriate tenders and proposals from across the MP offering (including excursions and activities, multi-day tours, packages and other ancillary revenue opportunities) to B2B clients
- Develops effective marketing collateral and materials, using it across various channels
- Applies appropriately targeted pricing and negotiates effectively
- Responds to client needs and feedback
- Maintains and supports client relationships to achieve growth, monitors performance of the portfolio and initiates and monitors required action plans
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals (x-selling)
- Delivers sales results in line with the company budget, proactively reacting to shortfalls and seizing opportunities to build revenue, profitability and market share
- Trains, motivates, coaches, develops and manages direct reports
- Collaborate with peers throughout the meeting point business
Your Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree8-10 years of experience in a relevant industry including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilitiesFluent English LevelTrack record in improving Commercial related KPIsExperience in business development, sales strategies and key account management across a broad portfolio of B2B clientsFluency in written and spoken English and local language is essential; knowledge of any other languages is a plus.A strong influencer and motivator with advanced interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly build credibility combined with negotiation skillsPositive, highly motivated, analytical and results-orientedBudget and Cost Control KnowledgeIT and Computer LiteracyPerformance ManagementNumerical SkillsNote for data privacy :
