Manufacturing Graduate Program ( MFG-PRO) is designed to help you start off your international career in the Automotive Industry 4.0. As program participant, you will develop your leadership potential through various assignments in different locations across the EMEA region

MFG-PRO will provide you with a significant experience in the HR function across the manufacturing organization. This rotational program spans over 2 years of continuous and structured development through 4 assignments, each lasting 6 months.

• 3 assignments in home country
• 1 international assignment

Over the course of the program we’ll work with you to develop that potential in 2 key areas :

In 3-4 years following program completion, you’ll have an opportunity to grow your role into a leadership position.
