Your tasks :

Build and manage your recruiting network with a focus on positions in crafts, industry, construction, engineering and IT
Identifying, directly approaching and conducting initial interviews to recruit professionals for different companies in Germany
Accompaniment of professionals in the entire application and immigration process
Further development of your area of responsibility to improve the candidate experience

Your profile :

Experience in recruiting

Very good English skills

Strong communication skills, open-mindedness and sociability

Seriousness and commitment

Organizational skills and willingness to take responsibility

Enthusiasm and creativity
