Senior Technical Consultant

The main responsibility of the technical consultant is to work on presales phase for services qualification and RFP writing and deploy HPE solutions to end customers.

This includes installing the HW products, initialize and configure the HW, upgrade firmware and HW accordingly, install operating System or Hypervisor, installing & configuring the Storage and San, and monitoring.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely in different steps of a project from presales to post sales delivery.
• Write down RFP, SOW, engineering and installation documents.
• Qualify services and discuss details with different stakeholders from customer side.
• Provide proactive IT recommendations
• Participate in delivering IT services to customers
• Deploy, install, configure, tune, integrate, and if needed manager IT equipements.
• Keep customers informed, set and follow commitments, keep precise documentation and reporting on all activities internally and externally.
• Ability to work outside work hours in a duty on-call rotation.
• Manage customer expectations by taking into consideration the service entitlement and identify customer’s problems.
• Participate in reactive delivery for incidents.
• Elevate and / or escalate cases to next levels when needed
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision
• Active and self-paced improvement of technical and business acumen
• Wiliness to travel across different cities as needed
