Job / missions :
- Ensure the operational aspects of the service from the design of a test plan to the presentation of the results to the end customer, French or International (80% of our turnover). Carry out campaigns of calls, correlate then value calls to identify billing or valuation errors.
- Use relevant data (statistical analysis, explanatory scenarios) then format them to deliver relevant analyzes to the client.
- Our business applies a patented and unique methodology, internal training is therefore provided with follow-up over a period of several weeks.
