Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Your main duties will be :

• Gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Demonstrate your expertise in insurance or social security by leveraging your reference projects as a Business Analyst in these fields
• Apply your knowledge of Oracle to assess and recommend appropriate solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any potential issues that may impact project success
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, leveraging your expertise to drive efficient and effective project delivery
