Due to the ongoing success of this initiative, we are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Executive Advisors to join our dedicated team in evaluating future energy projects and opportunities. Position Overview : Position Overview : As an Executive Advisor in our Advisory team, you will leverage your comprehensive due diligence experience to provide balanced advice relating to high-stakes energy transaction opportunities and associated business cases. Your deep understanding of energy systems and deal structures will enable you to evaluate scheme opportunities, assess project feasibility, identify risks and provide commercial, playing a pivotal role in shaping energy project investments and initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and transactional requirements.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments, evaluating financial, operational, and commercial aspects of potential transactions.
• Offer strategic recommendations based on due diligence findings to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.
• Provide expert insights into market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory considerations that impact transaction outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and reliable partner.
• Contribute to the growth of the Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence practice through business development efforts and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional client service.
