Context :

We are seeking an experienced Associate Salesforce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Associate Salesforce Manager will oversee a team of developers and ensure that they are aligned with the project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure they are aligned with project goals and objectives
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables, and develop project plans and schedules
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, issue management, communication, and change management
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders by providing vision and future road-map
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure effective communication with project team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Participate in the hiring, training, and performance management of team members
• Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes
• Identify opportunities to leverage all Salesforce technologies to improve outcomes.
