Team Leader Telemarketing

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, leading and managing a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives. Your primary focus will be on strengthening our Sales team, by leading and encouraging them to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in engaging potential investment cases effectively.

2. Develop and implement best practices for lead engagement, ensuring consistent and efficient processes for identifying and booking meetings with relevant prospects.

3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead engagement and meeting bookings, providing regular feedback and coaching to the Sales Development team.

4. Continuously learn and develop knowledge about online businesses and the field of eCommerce

5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for identifying and nurturing leads in the sales pipeline.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria :

1. Fluent in English : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as everything would be in English

2. Academic Background : You possess an academic background, which demonstrates your commitment to learning and acquiring knowledge.

3. Location in Tangier : You should be living and working in Tangier, Morocco, or open to moving here, as this is where the role is based.

4. Experience in Telemarketing : At least 2 years of experience in Telemarketing

5. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills : with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving common goals. At least 1 year of experience with leadership / management.
