Job Description

  • Develop and lead concept strategy, roll out new services for Bosch Car Service network : determine best possible business models, set service pricing strategy and roll-out service packages into the network to develop and improve Value Added Services for Bosch Car Service network.
  • Lead the Team of Country Concept Managers and Sales Consultants in Africa North region from acquisition of new customers to support existing network.
  • Set up, lead and deploy strategic cooperation with key partners to support 3rd party turnover income.
  • Budget planning of the regional marketing concept and coordination of events / activities (Bosch Car Service Conventions, Committee meeting, etc.).
  • Bosch Car Service network planning per country in the region.
  • Support Bosch Car Service acquisitions through market-specific campaigns.
  • Coordinate customer surveys and assessments on a regular basis.
  • Follow up Bosch Car Service contracting process : revise / update content of Bosch Car Service contract based on country-specific regulations and market requirements as well as centrally prepare new contracts.
  • Coordination of technical support to Bosch Car Service partners.
  • Collaboration with Bosch central teams in headquarter as well as local teams to track and improve concept related projects.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Experience :

  • 5 + years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket business (preferred IAM WS chain business).
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or sales.
  • Experience leading team in developing environment is a plus.
  • Skills :

  • Deep understanding of workshop management processes, automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of future trends.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English, Arabic & French.
  • Good presentation and persuasive communication skills.
  • High level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office, ERP, etc.).
  • Ability to drive changes while keeping team motivation up.
  • Ability to travel and valid driving license.
