ROLE PURPOSE :
Management of Aspen business in Morocco, Algeria & Tunisia to achieve local sales budget for retail & tender, this includes leading sales force team, managing communication with distributors & customers in private and tender sectors.
Act as the point of contact and representative for Aspen business in Morocco, Algeria & Tunisia
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Full management of Aspen's dedicated sales force team, which includes hiring, onboarding, and performance management, in addition to employee development, retention, and motivation.
- Managing daily communication with business partners, including local manufacturing sites, distributors and promotional partners, to drive business growth.
- Driving the relevant promotion strategy with the sales force team and distributor partners.
- Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies.
- Monitor distributor’s performance in terms of sales & supply.
- Forecasting : drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams.
- Demand management : Optimize stock levels in the market by continuously following up with the supply team and distributors to review stocks and demand and raise orders accordingly.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Reporting : timely submission of weekly call reports, AVAs report, coaching reports.
- Identify competitive activities which may impact sales goals / strategies.
- Establish operational & strategic plans in order to achieve targeted revenues and market KPIs.
- Analyse the environment & business performance, identify gaps and propose solutions to drive business growth.
- Ensure Aspen is utilizing best practices across the key areas of sales & marketing management including : customer profiling, segmentation, targeting & ensure proper resource allocation.
- Develop the right performance metrics / dashboard to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with NBD team to establish and implement NBD projects.
