Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Poste :

As a Process Technician at Aeolon, you will play a key role in the production of high-performance wind turbine blades. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes involving composite materials, ensuring that all operations meet strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Operate and monitor key production processes such as resin infusion, curing, trimming, and finishing

Ensure all process parameters and procedures are followed correctly

Identify process deviations and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues

Assist in setting up equipment and adjusting process settings as needed

Work closely with engineers, quality control, and maintenance teams

Maintain accurate production and quality records

Follow all safety regulations and contribute to a safe work environment

Profil recherché :

Experienced in manufacturing processes, especially involving composite materials such as fiberglass or carbon fiber

Familiar with resin infusion, curing, sanding, trimming, and assembly of large components

Able to read and interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and work instructions

Skilled in identifying and troubleshooting process issues, with a focus on root cause and practical solutions

Detail-oriented, ensuring that every step of the process meets strict quality standards

Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with engineers, operators, and quality inspectors

Physically fit and capable of working in production environments involving large parts and machinery

Open to working shifts and flexible hours depending on production demands

Committed to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
