Lead Data Engineer

Location : Casablanca, Morocco (Hybrid Work Environment)

Join our client who is a leading American multinational technology company and be a part of their Corporate Data Engineering Team. You will be a part of the Corporate Data Engineering Team, serving internal clients from both engineering and business sectors, delivering comprehensive solutions encompassing tools, platforms, and immersive experiences. Your role will revolve around Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Reporting and Analytics technologies.

Requirements :

8+ years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and reporting.
Proven expertise in data warehouse design and system integration.
Experience integrating third-party products with internal systems.
Fluent in English.
Optional : Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities :

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will :

Conceptualize and deliver high-impact data management projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop data solutions that enhance data management.

Maintain the highest standards of development practices, including technical design, solution development, and code quality.

Ensure data integrity and security, establishing procedures to protect confidential information.

Seamlessly integrate third-party products with our internal systems.

Supervise and mentor a team of 3 data engineers.
