Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team as a freelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ online stores and ensuring their success. Your expertise in platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and YouCan will be crucial in effectively managing online stores and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include managing online stores, confirming and managing orders, optimizing product listings, dealing with delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the operations of our clients’ online stores, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Utilize your expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and YouCan platforms to effectively manage and maintain online stores.
Confirm and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to enhance visibility and drive sales.
Handle delivery logistics, coordinating with shipping providers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of orders.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce management to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management.

Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, and YouCan platforms.

Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
