Posizione :
We are looking for a Sales Manager, that would have the following duties & responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in assigned area;
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as HR and and product development, to develop sales implementing engineering team in : time, volumes and quality as agreed with customers;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management;
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company's sales goals and profitability;
- Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities, with the potential, to create business value for the future;
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports;
- Create and conduct proposal presentation;
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up;
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;
- Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company's values, policies and ethics codes of conduct;
- Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth;
- Accountable for all commercial aspects of engagement with multiple strategic suppliers (looking at existing contracts - analysis, negotiation, governance and closure - to deliver greater rights);
- Manage professional customer relationships - From lead generation through project support - In cooperation with the engineering colleagues;
- Handling marketing issues together with marketing team.
