- Remote customer relationship management
- Native Dutch or Flemish with English (C level), French it's a plus.
- Knowledge of training engineering and pedagogical engineering
- Capacity for written and oral communication (public speaking)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Internal tools
- Knowledge of Group processes and customer mission
- Ability to analyze results and take corrective action
Your tasks :
