You respect the announced timing and procedures. Answer questions and give advice. Meticulously registers every contact in a CRM system. Expert level in the field of DPD products and services. Profile :
- High level of proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Have insight into customer demand and know how to respond quickly to their needs. You have your first work experience in a contact centre.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
