This role involves handling client requests through inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and performing option activations in an outbound capacity. It combines administrative support with direct customer interactions to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Request Handling (Admin - Inbound Calls) : Respond to customer requests by phone and provide solutions to their inquiries.
• Service Transactions (ST - Outbound) : Schedule appointments, activate service options, and manage other outbound interactions with clients.

Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of technical concepts in customer service.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
