Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Purpose of the job

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the QA function within the business unit.

He / she is responsible for defining, initiating and conducting quality programmes and activities. He / she will establish close working relationships with functional departments and operations management to implement continuous improvement programmes.

Main tasks

• Work with functional departments to develop, maintain and improve specific procedures and work processes of the business line (BU), consistent with company policies and global procedures.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the quality system on projects. And Facilitate or assign a qualified QA resource to facilitate VIPs (Value Improving Practices) such as Lessons Learned, Value Plus, Value Engineering, etc.
• Participate and support the business strategy and excellence of project delivery initiatives within the BU.
• Provide necessary training on company procedures and work processes to project teams and functional departments. Coach, train and supervise QA resources within the BU.
• Monitor and analyse Quality Performance Indicator (KPI) data and report trends to Operations Management and the QA Manager.
• Support the analysis of quality issues, definition of preventive / corrective actions and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. Participate in Operations Project Reviews (OPR).
• Allocate QA resources to projects and evaluate their performance. And approve the QA Pro-service budget on the project / programme
