Hexcel is currently seeking an HR Specialist for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations :

• Preparing contracts of new hires, and update personnel data in Workday & Protime
• Process of recorded hours, overtime, absence, holidays…
• Prepare employee work papers on time, dispatch of pay slips, and maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
• Leading induction and exit process for employees
• Collect and prepare the data for processing payroll and all the attached reports
• Coordinate with the employee’s transportation company & canteen provider, and manage employees claims
• Conduct & follow up of disciplinary actions
• Manage skills & training matrixes and archive training records
