Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for prospecting new clients, lease administration, communication, and executing leases.

Qualifications

• Resident retention and customer service skills
• Experience in executing leases
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of lease administration
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing software
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
