Quality Specialist

The position

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, Morocco, you will act as a motivated and highly engaged member of the Moroccan team, role modelling quality mindset and the Novo Nordisk Way. You will be working closely and collaboratively with other functions and with the Business Area / Region to enable business strategy and opportunities while ensuring that we never compromise on quality.

Your responsibilities will be;

• To establish and maintain a robust, simple and in compliance Quality Management System in Morocco Affiliate and ensure constant maintenance of the related SOPs.
• Enhance Quality Mindset within departments and ensure proper audit readiness state.
• Deliver regular quality training to employees
• Aim for optimization, simplification, and enhanced compliance within processes.
• Ensure excellent monitoring and implementation of internal & external requirements.

About the department

At our office based in Casablanca-Morocco, we are medium size company, all supporting our affiliate with issues related to People & Organization, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT and Legal. Our role is to support the affiliates in rolling out and executing on Marketing related activities as well as representing the area to the wider Novo Nordisk organisation.
