RESPONSIBILITIES :

Convert phone calls, chats, emails from customers into dental & medical bookings at any of our partner dental or medical clinics.

Coordinate appointment bookings between dental / medical providers and patients in French / English.

Recommend promotions which can help patients save money on their medical or dental treatment

Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives

Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections

Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns

Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints

Upgrade patients by recommending higher-value dental or medical treatments

Capture customer information, including email addresses, phone numbers, desired healthcare destination & medical / dental procedures for future follow-up

Adjust sales presentation based on success / fail averages

• Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department);

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
