Scope

Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and / or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Booking / Transportation of customer orders
• File Creation
• Coordination, follow up and arrangement of documents for shipments with carriers & service providers
• Updating of PSA BDP systems
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
• Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.
• Documentation and filing
• Customs documentation and customs clearance
• Punctual and flawless end to end order processing and documentation
• Operational troubleshooting
• KPI Management and Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s. Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements Requirements :
• Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
• Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
• Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
